HOW DO WE DO THIS?
Each young person will receive a visit and full assessment from a qualified specialist, at this point, they can take other professional reports to incorporate any recommendations or targets into the plan for the specialist support worker to follow. This plan will be reviewed regularly by the director and specialist support workers. Recommendations of educational activities to carry out at home or in the community will be given to be carried out to support the development of the young person.
